1 Year Warranty
All of our UK supplied UV printers are supplied with a 12 month limited parts warranty. Most faults can either be solved quickly through our telephone and online support or by a simple self repair from simple parts sent out to you from our UK parts supply. If a more serious fault occurs our factory technicians can ensure your printer is quickly back in action.
Parts Covered
Your 1 year (*limited) warranty commences from the date of installation and covers you for a full year. Enjoy the peace of mind that costly repairs will not be an issue with a Printiple UV printer.
*The warranty covers all major components including; all electronics boards and power supplies, step motors, mechanicals components, pumps, control panels and drive belts. Excluded from the warranty are most serviceable parts, including; print heads, cap tops, encoder strip, sensors, dampers and rubber wipers…which are all inexpensive, easily replaced, serviceable items for the end user.
Limited Warranty
Please be aware, our warranty does not cover accidental damage, failure through misuse or damage as a result of self-installation or moving the printer.
Extended Warranty
Extended warranties beyond your initial 12 months are available. Contact us for a quote.
We offer printer servicing at our site and we carry a comprehensive stock of UV printer spare parts in our UK warehouse and any out of stock components have a remanufacture/delivery time of approximately 1-2 weeks.
