Materials Suitable for UV Printing
Our UV technology enables you to print onto almost any relatively flat surface.
Instantly cured UV inks work with a wide variety of materials including wood, paper, untreated leather, slate, canvas, fabrics, coated metals/glass and most plastics. We welcome the opportunity to print your sample products for testing.
Air Cooled UV LED Lamp
We use the highest quality air cooled LED UV curing lamps to ensure effective ink curing with no water cooling complications and a long life span. LED UV lamps have instant power, have low power consumption and contain no mercury. We find air cooled UV lamps to be the most stable and reliable curing systems available for UV printers.
Ink Mist Vacuums & Bed Level Sensor
An infra-red light sensor ensures robust protection against head strikes and an accurate print bed height. The Z-axis is adjusted from the printer’s control panel and is adjustable between 0-180mm.
We also include a manual height setting tool as an optional secondary bed height setting function.
The Printiple UVA2 has two vacuum ink-mist exhaust chambers to ensure minimal ink mist residue during printing.

The UVA2 printer’s ink running costs are a fraction of the cost of other manufacturers. Our UK engineered ink is class leading in binding, scratch resistance and shelf life and MSDS info is available on request.

Single Print Head
6 Channel Epson Inkjet Print Head
Using a single Epson print head maximises performance and value. This 6 channel (CMYKWW) print head with a maximum resolution of 1440dpi provides excellent value and reliability. Print head replacement is inexpensive and easy and would ordinarily last for between 6-24 months of reasonable use. Other connected serviceable components, like the ink dampers, are also very easy and cheap to replace.
Auto Cleaning & Maintenance
Programmable Automatic Cleaning Functions
Printer maintenance functions are all contained within the control panel’s menus. The most useful of these features are the timer operated cleaning cycle options. Cleaning cycles can be programmed to be automatically executed every 1-8 hours.
