A: If you require financing to purchase a Printiple Kiosk System we can refer you to our finance partners, but we do not directly offer a finance option.

Q: Does the ink/printing smell and is it safe? 2017-07-28T09:56:49+00:00

A: Reasonable precautions must be taken to avoid looking directly into the UV light and there is a very slight odour to the ink as the printer is printing.

Q: How long does the printing take? 2017-07-28T09:56:31+00:00

A: You can print up to 2 phone cases in one print run and it takes approximately 2mins 30secs to print each phone case.

A: The print is bonded to the product’s surface using UV light and is very durable.  Like any printed surface it would require great force to remove the print and is usually considered very durable in reasonable use.

A: The only ongoing costs you will incur during the first year of ownership are the blank printable phone cases and the ink.  All parts of the printer are covered under the warranty for the first year*.

Q: How do I replace the ink? 2017-07-28T09:55:34+00:00

A: Ink is refilled from 500ml bottles to the machine’s continuous ink supply bottles contained neatly within the printer’s frame.

A: The cost per print of a phone case is currently around £0.03 and replacement ink must be purchased directly from us to ensure consistent quality.

Q: What does your service and warranty cover? 2017-07-28T09:54:11+00:00

A:  When purchasing a package you get a 12months hardware and software warranty.

This covers call out and repair (UK only) on hardware and full remote technical support.  We also provide the printer with a service at around the age of 9months.

This warranty and general machine parts cover can be extended beyond the initial 12month period to ensure a continuation of service/cover.

A: We only currently supply the ‘Bespoke Solution’ outside of the UK, but please contact us to register your interest if you are outside of the UK.

Q: Does the ink have to dry? 2017-07-28T09:53:16+00:00

A: The ink is cured instantly by the UV light built within the printer.

Q: Can I print my own products? 2017-07-28T09:45:42+00:00

A: In order to print your own products we need to offer you a ‘Bespoke Solution’ which includes creating specific jigs, adapted software templates and covers the software licencing for use of the system.

Under our general use agreement you are not permitted to print products which are not official Printiple products.

A: You purchase the official blank Printiple products from us.  This covers the use of our software, jigs, updates and support.
